Adrian has 35 years’ consulting experience and currently leads Strategia Group which he founded in 1999. He has extensive, international experience in Logistics, Medical Technology & Energy and Processing industries. He is also a Visiting Lecturer at Imperial College London Business School
An engineer by training, Gerry worked in European industry before moving into consultancy where he became a partner in Gemini. He proceeded to establish his own business: Gerry Walsh Associates
David was a doctor in the NHS for 35 years in Hospital and Primary Care. Since leaving clinical practice, he has worked in supporting innovative health care technologies and also worked as a GP mentor and assessor – staying close to the frontline of clinical practice

Elmar Toime
Elmar is a former CEO of New Zealand Post and Deputy Executive Chairman of Royal Mail. He now combines being an advisor to the Postal Industry with a range of Directorships in the technology sector. The transformation he led in New Zealand Post has been recognised as a ground-breaking change in the sector, enabling public service responsibility along with significant commercial success.
Heimo Thomas
Heimo is a former head of operations for Deutsche Post. He is an acknowledged expert in postal and logistic operations. Since entering consultancy 10 years ago, he has continued working across the sector, delivering improvements in productivity for technology, work process and system design innovation.
Stephen Agar
Stephen is a lawyer by training and was previously a senior executive at Royal Mail starting there in 1991. His final role was as Managing Director of Letters. He has extensive experience in leadership roles, marketing, contract negotiation, regulation, economics and all aspects of corporate governance. Since 2020 he has been working as a consultant to the sector.

Paul Daley
Paul is a highly experienced strategy consultant project leader. He has a strong track record in developing business opportunities in emerging, unstructured B2B and B2C markets for blue chip/mid-cap companies and government organisations across the technology, telecommunications, new media, financial services, retail and postal sectors.Prior to working with Strategia, he was an e-Commerce leader at Standard Chartered and has also worked in strategy practice at Deloitte.

David King
David King is an accomplished CEO and Non-Executive Director experienced in implementing transformation strategies for international technology businesses in the private sector. He is skilled in positioning businesses in preparation for acquisition or investment funding and has led exits both as a CEO and Chairman. His experience spans businesses at every scale from start-up to multi-national and includes software, hardware and services in the communications, data centres and green energy markets. He is a seasoned strategy consultant and has undertaken projects for clients in the US, Europe and APAC.
