Strategia’s consulting origins started in heavy industry, working mainly for Nordic manufacturers in steel, forest products, capital goods and mining.
We then worked extensively for a number of major system integrators and IT companies supporting them build their value propostion and market postion in specific verticals.
Over the last few years, we have returned to our roots by working in partnership with the consulting firm Gerry Walsh Associates.
This work has included work in mining, utilities energy transition, civil engineering and in the food processing sector.
Our work typically involves market and technology strategy formulation, and the development of implementation plans in the form of business and operating plans. We then support change management programmes.
